I like to introduce to you all my second ever oc Minerva Sparkstar who I created for the awesome cartoon Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. She is a cyborg that's 75% machine and 25% organic and became this way due to a freak accident when her ship got caught up in a terrible ion storm. She's both smart and witty and considers Team Lightyear a second family to her. Enjoy!
