My first “full” piece in awhile… trying to flesh out the sceneries of my Eight Realms stories…
In the far background is the Royal Castle of Mirendyl, the Greater Realm…

Upon the stone bridge is a gateway, also known as a Gate of Etherium… basically these gates not only transport people to other areas across the Eight Realms, but also to realms beyond the Eight… these other realms are called just that… OtherRealms… some friendly, some hostile…

The Gates of Etherium are not always in the same location for very long… except for one, it is known as the Mother Gate, but nobody knows the exact location…

Music listened to for inspiration were the soundtracks for Hollow Knight and WOW: Shadowlands…
