Hanahaki Disease - Sakura.

This idea came from the J-Pop artist Yunomi’s album covers. Then I added my own bloody twist. Hanahaki Disease is a fictional disease in which unrequited love causes flowers to grow inside your body, basically, resulting in death. I used Japanese Sakura as the flowers.

Done in IbisPaint, and took three days!
